Your project details.
Handled with purpose.

This page describes information collected by the CushionGrove pilot enquiry website.

01

What you
choose to share.

The enquiry collects your company, business role, project stage, name, email, optional phone and website, approximate cover quantities and shape, insert condition, on-site arrangements, US ZIP, timing and optional project notes, dimensions and files.

Original dimension values and units are kept as supplied. The first form does not require the homeowner’s full address or phone number. Please remove unrelated personal information from photographs and attachments.

02

Why the details
are collected.

We use the information to assess the project, ask follow-up questions, prepare an appropriate proposal if feasible, maintain the enquiry record and communicate about that enquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or grant permission to publish your project.

The form stores a temporary draft in your current browser tab so a validation or network error does not erase your text. Files are not stored in that browser draft. The draft is cleared after a successful submission; closing the tab normally ends that session storage.

03

Storage and
access.

Enquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and attachments in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Files are not published as website assets. Access to the project ledger and attachment downloads requires an authorised operator credential.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing, database, file storage and domain email services. Project emails are forwarded to the operator’s private business mailbox, provided by Google. A mail receipt or operator notice may contain the project reference and contact details, but does not include public attachment links.

We use limited request information to validate submissions, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery failures. We do not add third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this pilot website.

04

Retention and
your choices.

Project information is retained while the enquiry is being reviewed or a related project remains active. You can request access, correction or deletion at support@cushiongrove.com; include your project reference and use the contact email associated with it.

An authorised operator can remove a project and its stored attachments. Necessary transaction or dispute records may need to be retained if a later paid agreement creates a separate recordkeeping requirement; that must be explained in the applicable project terms. This pilot does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

Sending an enquiry permits use of the submitted information for project assessment and communication. It does not permit public use of client photographs, names or case studies without a separate agreement.

05

Contact and
updates.

For this pilot website, contact CushionGrove at support@cushiongrove.com. Before a paid project, the proposal must identify the responsible operating, quotation and payment parties.

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the service. The version date above identifies the current website notice.
